What to include

Use the email address or phone number you supplied, and include your request reference if you have it. State whether you want access, correction, or deletion. Do not send identity documents, your date of birth, or financial information.

What happens next

Our team reviews the request and verifies it using your existing contact method before changing private records. A reference alone is not proof of identity. We will explain any information we must retain for an order, legal obligation, or dispute and any provider or backup copies that require separate handling. If this concerns a child's information, say so without sending more information about the child.
